Pursuant to the by-laws of the society, I hereby nominate the person(s) named hereunder to receive the monies standing to the credit of my shares and deposit accounts and any other dues at my death.

WITNESSED BY:

1. A person must fill and sign membership application form
2. A non-refundable membership fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 is payable for any eligible person
3. Two passport size photo recently taken
4. A copy of National Identification card.
5. Copy of KRA PIN

1. Once registered a member will be required to make consistent monthly minimum deposit of at least
Kshs. 2,000.00
2. A member will be required to buy shares worth Kshs. 100,000.00. This amount can be paid upfront or
in installments within 1 year of registration. This amount is non-refundable but can be transferred to
another member.
3. After 12 months of consistencly saving the members can qualify for a credit three times his/her shares
subject to: -
a) Evidence showing the ability to repay the credit which will be demonstrated by payslip for
salaried members or bank statement for non-salaried members
b) Acquiring one eligible guarantor who should be a member of the Sacco
c) Security deposit worth the amount of credit
d) Written contract agreeing to payment timelines and terms signed by two witnesses of sound
faith and character
4. The deposits made are non-withdrawable i.e. a member is not allowed to make parallel withdrawal.
Such a member is instead advised to take a credit. This is in conformity with the core business of the
Sacco-Savings and credit
5. Where a member wishes to terminate membership with the Sacco, a written notice 60 working days
will be required.
